Street food development Boxpark Croydon has released details of its (almost) final line-up four months ahead of its opening.

Forty of the 42 food and drink-focused units at the scheme, which sits alongside East Croydon railway station, are now full with Meatliquor, The Breakfast Club, Chilango and Craft Beer Co. leading the way as 'key anchor tenants'.

Boxpark Croydon, which has 72 units based in former shipping containers in total, said it had just released its final two units with two restaurant operators being sought to complete the line-up for its opening in September.

Local operators

A large number of operators have been chosen for their Croydon connections. They include Nick Moss's vietnamese baguette concept Viet An Do, independent cafe Mud and Italian restaurant Breadtree.

Croydon's local brewery The Cronx will also launch its first craft beer bottleshop serving grilled cheese sandwiches at the bar and Matthews Yard residents Brgr & Beer will be launching their rustic bites and small plates concept Wine & Deli.

Brixton-based Caribbean concept Fish Wings & Tings, Mamalan, Indi-Go, Lazeez Tapas and vegan outlet Cook Daily, whose Boxpark Shoreditch site is a popular haunt, are also among those who have secured sites at the scheme.

Boxpark Croydon, which follows its Shoreditch counterpart, is being supported by the London Borough of Croydon, the GLA and CGLP.
