In its new guise the restaurant will have a new look and feel and a new menu incorporating never-seen-before dishes and a strong commitment to zero waste.
Stepping away from a traditional tasting menu format, and ‘in response to global dining trends’, the restaurant will reopen with an a la carte menu that will include the option of larger main dishes designed to be shared by the table.
If requested, a menu can also be designed to adopt more of a tasting style experience.
Aulis Hong Kong, Rogan’s chef’s table formerly located adjoining Roganic, is also set to relocate in 2025.
Launched in 2019, Roganic Hong Kong was Rogan’s first restaurant outside of the UK and in 2021 became the first restaurant in Hong Kong to be awarded a Michelin Green star.
The new location of Lee Garden One is on Hysan Avenue in the centre of Causeway Bay, in a district of luxury designer shops and international business offices.
Interiors are by local design studio Atelier E and are in line with Rogan’s dedication to sustainability, with upcycled trees felled from local woodland used for the construction of the tables, and recycled and reclaimed marble used for the floors.
A curved, sculptural aesthetic is a nod to the natural world, with heavy use of organic materials and textures.
“Since our first iteration of Roganic, a pop-up in Marylebone in 2011, Roganic has continually evolved, leading the way in modern dining, Rogan says. “And after five years in Hong Kong, we’re very excited to reintroduce Roganic in a wonderful new location with an exciting new menu format.”
