Dirty Bones opens in Boxpark Croydon
The new site, which opens later this week, will be the second partnership with REEF following its opening at the REEF food hall concept at Gravity Wandsworth in December last year.
Dishes on the Croydon menu will include its range of burgers including The Classic (a double dry-aged steak burger with American cheese, red onion, gherkins and house relish); the Mac Daddy (a double dry-aged steak burger topped with pulled beef short rib, mac & cheese and espresso-spiked BBQ sauce); and the Got No Beef (a plant-based patty with vegan cheese, sesame slaw, vegan mayo and house relish).
There also mac and cheese with aged and smoked cheddar macaroni with parmesan breadcrumbs; fried chicken made using the Dirty Bones’ 'signature' koji brining served on its own or on waffles with shots of hot maple and cool ranch sauce; and cheesy truffle fries with aged cheddar and parmesan cheese sauce, and white truffle oil.
Dirty Bones was founded in Kensington in 2014.
It currently operates standalone London restaurants in Shoreditch, Soho and Carnaby, as well as a further one in Oxford.
