Bread Street Kitchen set for Liverpool
The restaurant will seat up to 195 internal covers across its two floors with additional al fresco dining and an extensive bar area.
As at Bread Street Kitchen’s other sites, the menu will be eclectic, offering everything from beef Wellington to butter chicken curry.
The opening will bring Ramsay’s most prominent mid-market brand up to six sites, joining four restaurants in London and a site in Edinburgh.
The group currently operates around 25 restaurants in London and four restaurants outside the capital alongside a string of overseas locations.
“It is hugely exciting to be expanding Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Liverpool. We selected Liverpool as it is such an exciting, popular city that attracts people from across the UK,” says Gordon Ramsay Restaurants CEO Andy Wenlock.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has expanded rapidly in the UK over the last few years, with a total of nine restaurants opening under its Street Pizza and Street Burger brands since December 2020.
The group has also been busy overseas, with a number of new sites opening and a deal recently struck to open numerous restaurants in South Korea over the next 10 years.
“We are delighted that the Bread Street Kitchen & Bar will be joining our F&B offering at Liverpool ONE. Gordon Ramsay is a hugely popular and internationally renowned chef and we are proud that he wants to bring his brand to the destination,” says Alison Clegg, managing director, asset management, for the development’s owner Grosvenor Britain & Ireland.
“Liverpool ONE is continuing to grow its F&B offering and the signing of such a well-known restaurant brand further cements its position as a destination for quality food, not just retail.”
