Electrolux Professional launches 'green & clean' hood dishwasher

Electrolux Professional has updated its 'green & clean' hood dishwasher, which it claims help it offer 30 per cent savings in running costs and wash 80 racks per hour. The new features are ESD - a highly efficient water pre-heating system which recovers steam, making the working environment more comfortable; Zero Lime - an automatic de-lime cycle and its Clear Blue filtering system which keeps the wash water free from food residue and makes the detergent more efficient. The dishwasher also includes features from the existing range, such as wash-safe control.
