Cocktail X10 Hi-Fi for bars, restaurants and hotels with limited space and time
Product details:
The Cocktail Audio X10 is a sound system that looks like a traditional micro hi-fi system, but is actually capable of storing up to 7,500 albums on it without having to upload them to a PC first. Vinyl and cassettes can also be recorded onto the device. The system, which comes in three different capacities - 500GB, 1TB and 2TB - has a 3.5" display that enables the user to navigate their way around it and access album artwork and arrange music by genre, artist and album if they wish. Operators can also create special playlists for particular times and occasions in their venues. It is also capable of streaming internet radio and includes a 30W amplifier which can hook up to an existing hi-fi system or speakers.
USP:
The Cocktail Audio X10 is small enough to hold in your hand, but holds a large amount of music, meaning it is ideal for small businesses who don't want a sound system to dominate, but do want to have access to a variety of different albums and playlists without having to change CDs or keep uploading MP3s. Although it has its own display, owners can also use the in-built web app to link up to a smartphone or tablet and use them as a remote control.
Price:
The Cocktail Audio X10 starts at £379.95 (including VAT and delivery). Speakers can be added for £89.

Why you should buy it:
If you play a lot of music in your business, but don't want to spend too much time changing CDs or downloading new albums from PCs this could be an investment worth making, particularly if space is an issue. "It’s perfect for holding and playing large music collections, saving time and space behind reception desks, bars and counters," say its creators.
