Just Desserts creates Fever Tree ginger beer cheesecake for Christmas
Product details:
The Yorkshire-based baker and pâtissier has introduced two so-called 'boozy alternatives to Christmas pudding' in its festive range of products for foodservice operators.
A moist brandy pudding which is made to a 20-year-old sticky toffee pudding recipe and finished off with brandy liquor, which the producer says is 'ideal for diners who are looking for a change from traditional Christmas puds', and a Christmas cheesecake with 'a twist'.
