Why you should buy it:

Jane Dunford, development manager at CP Foods, said: “This is one of those product ranges people will love- not only does it look and sound enticing - our special freezing process ensures the fruit retains all the texture and flavour of fresh produce.

“Demand for new and innovative dishes continues to grow, particularly for Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine and, thanks to CP’s heritage, we can offer customers the opportunity to experience expertly prepared Asian-inspired food ranges using only the finest ingredients.

“We are constantly developing new Carisma recipes to increase range and choice.  And because they’re all frozen, they make for excellent and cost-effective additions to the foodservice kitchen.”
