We Are Grace London opens first of three planned restaurants this year
Newly launched hospitality group We Are Grace London has made its debut with an Antipodean Italian restaurant located in London’s Belsize Park with two more venues to follow later in the year.

Terra Moderna is headed up in the kitchen by head chef Mirko Pisano and serves a menu of dishes influenced by the founder Jeffrey Young’s, Australian background combined with Pisano’s passion for Italian cookery.

Dishes include octopus carpaccio with lemon emulsion and rucola; beef tartare with slow cooked egg yolk, crispy focaccia; agnolotti, potato and pecorino, greens and lemon butter; and Sardinian seafood stew, fregola and parsley.

Desserts include the ‘TerraMisu’; pavlova, passion fruit, mango, and sable biscuit; chocolate delice, almond, and raspberry; and a panna cotta with poached rhubarb (pictured).

A traditional Italian roast is served on Sundays and a vegan menu is also available.

We Are Grace London plan to open two further restaurants in the capital, on St. John’s Wood High Street and in Hampstead this year.
