Luxury boutique hotel Flemings Mayfair has begun work on a £2m refurbishment programme which will include the addition of new suites and apartments.

The first phase of the programme will see six two and three-bedroom suites and apartments unveiled in April, all with individual design and theming, naturally lit living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Flemings Mayfair’s general manager Oliver Brown said: “Already renowned for our quality, boutique offering and exceptional service, the £2million investment will elevate Flemings Mayfair to new levels.

“Whether guests stay with us days, weeks or months, our suites and apartments will offer the ultimate in luxury living.”

The second phase of the programme – refurbishing the London hotel’s 115 guest bedrooms – will begin in early 2015 following an additional £1million injection.
