Electra acquires TGI Friday's UK
Electra Partners has agreed the acquisition of the UK franchise of TGI Friday’s, the Karen Forrester-led chain, from Sentinel Capital Partners and TriArtisan Capital Partners, in a deal valued at c£230m.
