Shaun Rankin: ‘Consistency’ the key to gaining a Michelin star

Shaun Rankin, whose St Helier restaurant Ormer has received its first star in the 2014 edition of the UK and Ireland Michelin Guide, believes consistency and a good relationship with Michelin are the key to gaining and retaining a star.
