Founded in 2019 by top pastry chef Graham Hornigold - whose CV includes senior roles at The The Lanesborough hotel and what was then called Hakkasan Group - Longboys serves a product that is a hybrid of a doughnut and an éclair alongside soft-serve ice cream, coffee and luxury hot chocolate.
For the launch at Market Halls Canary Wharf, Longboys will showcase its new winter flavour series, including Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Pistachio, and Apple Blackberry Crumble.
The launch will bring Longboys up to a total of four locations joining sites in King’s Cross; Liverpool Street; and Borough Yards.
“2025 is going to be a pivotal year for Longboys,” Hornigold says. “We’re super excited to be working alongside Market Halls and bringing our concept to Canary Wharf. We want to keep reaching new audiences and continue showcasing the creativity and quality we’re passionate about.”
Andy Lewis-Pratt, CEO of Market Halls, adds: “Following on from the recent openings of Eggslut and The Bagel Guys by Paulie’s at Market Halls Canary Wharf, we’re hugely excited to be welcoming Longboys to our brilliant line-up of traders. The introduction of Longboys doughnuts means we truly have something for everyone.”
