On Mere Green, the restaurant will join Willow sites in Trentham and Telford.
Parogon Group says its latest project will ‘bring a vibrant, dining experience to Mere Green, serving an eclectic menu of Mediterranean-infused flavours in stunning holiday-inspired surroundings’.
“The Willow concept has garnered incredible popularity at its existing locations in Telford and Trentham, and we are looking forward to bringing this success to a new audience,” says Parogon Group managing director Richard Colclough.
“Opening our first site in the Birmingham area is a huge milestone for the group. After extensive research we’ve determined that Mere Green is the perfect location for our next venture. We look forward to celebrating the upcoming opening and the exciting year ahead!”
Founded in 2007, Parogon Group operates eight individual brands including The Swan with Two Necks, The Orange Tree Bar and Grill and Blockhouse Barbecue Grill alongside Willow.
Last year, the group said it was looking to speed up its expansion after reporting a total sales rise of 10.9% on the previous year to £24m.
Group EBITDA before pre-opening costs was clocked at £1.9m while site-level profits increased by £1.2m to £4.6m.
