Kevin Styles is to step down as CEO of the Jamie Oliver Group after nearly two and a half years with the business.

In a statement, the group confirmed Styles’s departure and that plans were underway to recruit a new CEO.

A spokesperson said: “After nearly two and a half years, Kevin Styles is leaving to focus on new opportunities.

“Together with his leadership team, he successfully put in place the five year strategic roadmap, structure and key initiatives to significantly grow the business.

“The Jamie Oliver Group will continue to be run by its experienced ops board while a new CEO is recruited.”

Styles joined the Jamie Oliver Group in 2022, having previously worked as group managing director for cinema chain Vue.

While with the group he oversaw the expansion of its burgeoning international estate, which now encompasses more than 70 sites.

He was also involved in Oliver’s highly anticipated return to the London restaurant scene late last year with the launch of Jamie Oliver Catherine St in Covent Garden; the group’s first opening on British shores since the collapse of its UK restaurant business back in 2019.

Next year, the group is to launch a new flagship Cookery School and Café within John Lewis & Partners department store on Oxford Street in central London.

It is also targeting further expansion in Europe and actively looking for franchise partners in Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Austria under efforts to continue growing its footprint globally.
