Pizza group Homeslice entered administration earlier this month, filings have shown

The group appointed Begbies Traynor as administrators on 2 December, according to its filings on Companies House.

Homeslice was founded in 2011 by duo Mark and Alan Wogan and opened its first restaurant in early 2013. It currently operates three restaurants in the capital in Neal’s Yard in Covent Garden, the City, and Marylebone.

The 70-cover Marylebone restaurant has been put on the market with leisure property specialists AG&G at a guide price of £150,000.

Last month the group opened its first site in six years, on the fifth floor of Knightsbridge department store Harvey Nichols.

Described as a residency, the new restaurant serves number of dishes alongside its 20-inch pizzas for the first time, including dough balls; stracciatella and caviar; wagyu polpette; deep fried olives; and meatball sliders.

The restaurants continue to trade as usual.
