All-day restaurant Brasserie Adeline will open next year as part of new Fitzrovia hotel The Newman.

The 76-cover brasserie will serve a menu of classic comfort dishes in its spacious dining room and there will be space for an additional 24 covers in a separate bar space and a street-side terrace for alfresco dining.

The hotel will also be home to the subterranean Gambit Bar, which is described as being influenced by iconic venues from across the globe. A bar snacks menu will be served alongside an extensive cocktail and drinks offer and there will also be an events programme, including in-house DJs and regular chess nights.

The Newman is the first venture from Kinsfolk & Co, a new London-based hospitality management company founded by Paul Brackley in 2023. Located in Fitzrovia on Newman Street, it will feature 81 rooms, suites and apartments as well as a wellness space.

“We are delighted that The Newman will be our very first hotel, marking an exciting milestone for Kinsfolk & Co,” says Brackley.

“We hope that Brasserie Adeline and Gambit Bar will become welcome additions to London’s vibrant food and drink scene.

“We look forward to sharing more exciting news about our pipeline of new hotels and restaurants early next year.”
