Founders Sarah and Lee Brogden, who launched PLANT SHACK in Altea in 2019, have signed a franchise deal with entrepreneur, marketer and investor Michael Vosc, who will open the group’s first London site next year.
PLANT SHACK London will serve the brand’s ‘signature’ cold-pressed juices alongside superfood smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and coffee.
“I’m delighted to be the first to bring PLANT SHACK’s concept to London,” says Vosc.
“Consumers in the UK are showing a growing demand for plant-based options and deserve access to an experience that combines sustainability, health, and a fast-casual healthy dining.
“I am excited to share PLANT SHACK’s amazing menu concept with Londoners and plant-based food enthusiasts across the city.”
PLANT SHACK, which also has sites in Palma de Mallorca and Alicante, is currently evaluating several locations in the UK capital for its first London site, with plans for further growth in the UK to follow.
Expansion into other international markets is also planned, and the group is working with Franchise Growth & Development Limited to support this.
“We are excited to bring PLANT SHACK back to our roots in the UK and continue our mission to make the power of plants more accessible to everyone,” says Sarah and Lee, who both originally hail from the UK.
“We are looking forward to building a PLANT SHACK London community that thrives on a healthy lifestyle and being positive for the planet.”
