Called Noisy Oyster, co-founders Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina’s new venture will be located in the Norton Folgate development and will serve a modern seafood menu as well as ‘innovative’ martinis.
The menu will feature local oysters, crudo, and classic whole fish dishes.
The 50-cover restaurant will have an interior design that ‘reflects Shoreditch’s fusion of street art, fashion, and gentrified industrial spaces', with materials including wood, concrete, and stainless steel.
“We have always felt inspired by the creative scene in Shoreditch, and with Noisy Oyster, we have combined our passion for creating exciting culinary experiences with our love for art, fashion and design,” say the pair.
“We are so excited to bring this concept to the East London community and to be able to be a part of the culinary evolution happening here.”
Kazhimova and Dolgushina opened Firebird on Soho’s Poland Street in 2022 serving a wide-range of wood-fired Mediterranean dishes.
Noisy Oyster will open in Shoreditch in spring 2025.
