Nair and Bosi say they have immensely enjoyed their partnership, and it is with a heavy heart that they will be closing at the end of this year.
“It is with great sadness that we have decided to close Socca,” says Nair of the closure.
“I have loved working with Claude on this project, and it has been an incredible journey for me and all the team. Watching so many diners come through our doors has brought me so much joy, and I want to say a huge thank you for dining with us over the last two years.”
Socca opened its doors on Mayfair’s South Audley Street in 2023 with a menu focused on French-inspired dishes that have simplicity and seasonality at their core.
“It has been a pleasure working with Samyukta at Socca, we are very grateful for all our guests, and their loyalty over the years,” adds Bosi.
LSL Capital will be retaining the Socca site, and will be looking at the next chapter for South Audley Street in the near future.
Nair and LSL Capital continue to operate a number of high-end restaurants in Mayfair, including KOYN, KOYN Thai, Bombay Bustle, Jamavar, and MiMi Mei Fair.
The group’s most recent opening, Italian restaurant Nipotina, opened this month, also on South Audley Street, and is led in the kitchen by Turin-born chef Somaia Hammad.
