Like the pair's first outing in Notting Hill – which launched September - the bakery will set up shop in an existing site, in this case Baweja’s Gunpowder Indian restaurant within the One Tower Bridge development.
Open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 12pm, Moi et Toi Tower Bridge will offer a selection of high-end baked goods Delling Williams has perfected at his Paris bakery Le Petit Grain.
The menu will feature Pistachio and chocolate escargot, Brown butter pecan tart and a Fig, walnut and Parma ham Danish, along with a daily section of seasonal sandwiches.
Gunpowder Tower Bridge – which offers a menu of Indian small plates – will open for lunch service as the bakery shuts up shop for the day.
Baweja operates a total of four Gunpowder restaurants in London and Lisbon alongside Notting Hill’s Empire Empire Indian restaurant, which is home to the inaugural Moi et Toi.
The name Moi et Toi - meaning ‘you and me’ in French - is said to symbolise the partnership between Baweja and Delling Williams while also 'nodding to the blend of French techniques with British ingredients'.
