Gavin Adair to step down as Rosa's Thai CEO
Rosa’s Thai CEO Gavin Adair is to leave the business at the end of year.

Adair has worked at the Thai restaurant group, founded by Alex and Saiphin Moore and backed by TriSpan, for seven years having joined in 2017 when it had just 10 sites.

He has helped it grow to a business that now operates 43 restaurants across the country.

Last year Rosa's Thai was named Restaurant Group of the Year at Restaurant's R200 Awards.

He will be replaced by Sarah Hills who joins the business next week and who has held roles as COO at Côte Brasserie, and managing director at Megan’s, Bills and Wagamama.

“It was with a heavy heart that I made the decision it was time to seek a new challenge, and I’m grateful to TriSpan and the board for the opportunity to stay involved with Rosa’s even as I do that,” says Adair.

“Alex and Saiphin trusted me to run their wonderful business all those years ago, so it’s great all three of us will continue to be involved in this next phase of its growth under Sarah and a hugely talented exec team.”

Adair will become a non-executive director, supporting the board and management team as they continue to grow the business.
