The group is taking over the former Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz site in Chichester, which closed at the start of this year, for a new site that looks set to open the middle of next month.
Burgover serves a menu of smash burgers and fried chicken including a classic cheeseburger; Truffle Time, made with grilled mushroom, lettuce and truffle mayo; the Mexi Over - grilled peppers and onions, jalapenos, pickles and Burgover sauce; the Burgover made with a beef patty, three slices of roast beef slices, American cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, and pickles; and the Big Over Meaty, featuring two beef patties, three beef brisket pastrami slices, American cheese, lettuce, pickles and BBQ sauce.
Other menu items include boneless chicken and wings, sweet potato fries, Cajun fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeno poppers.
The Chichester restaurant will be Burgover’s second West Sussex site following the launch of its Horsham restaurant in 2022. It comes amid a number of new restaurant openings in the city that include Italian restaurant brand Piccolino, which will open next door to the Burgover site next month, and food hall The Ghost at the Feast, due to open next year.
Burgover says it will be taking orders for collection at its Chichester restaurant from 12 November.
