Restaurant teams up with Dojo for tech reliability survey
Restaurant is teaming up with leading payments provider Dojo to understand how confident restaurateurs are in the tech that underpins their operations.

Recent events - not least the global IT outage that occurred in July that caused widespread distribution - have highlighted how much operators rely on their tech stacks for the smooth operation of their businesses.

Restaurant and Dojo are seeking the views of business owners for a soon-to-be-published white paper that will give an insight into how regularly problems occur and how they are remedied. 

The research will also examine how much outages cost restaurants in terms of immediate loss of sales but also potential long-term revenue due to reputational damage, disruption of services and decreased employee productivity and further tech investments required.
