Piccolino will launch a restaurant in Chichester early next month taking its total number of Italian restaurants to 22.

The 6,000 sq ft site was most recently sourdough pizza brand Three Joes but has also been home to Lime Squeezy and Wahaca.

Located on South Street, the new restaurant will have 110 covers inside and a further 16 outside.

Piccolino’s owner Individual Restaurant Group says its latest site will have chic interiors with design details including a marble-topped bar area, brass ceiling inlays and diamond cut mirrors.

Dishes will include ‘authentic’ Roman carbonara; truffle carpaccio; 25-layer lasagne; and salt-baked seabass cooked and filleted tableside.

“We are thrilled to introduce the first Piccolino to Sussex in Chichester. This opening marks a milestone for Piccolino, being the first venue in the county. We pride ourselves in delivering the finest Italian cuisine, ingredients and way of life to our guests,” says Individual Restaurants CEO Andrew Garton.

“The brand new restaurant will be delivering the outstanding hospitality and vibrant Italian cuisine that Piccolino is known for, and we cannot wait to bring this to the community of Chichester.”

Piccolino Chichester is expected to launch on 5 November.
