Five restaurant groups to have achieved B Corp status will host a workshop for other operators early next month.

Becoming a B Corp will take place on 1 October at Pizza Pilgrims Canary Wharf and will feature interactive workshops with B Corp analysts, Pizza Pilgrims, Big Mama, Hawksmoor, Blacklock and Caravan.

The aim of the event is to ‘aid and inspire’ any hospitality business that might already be on the journey to B Corp certification, may have started and stalled the process, or are in the early stages of planning their journey.

“We will all share with you the highs and lows of our respective journeys to B Corp certification - and will also be joined by some B Corp assessors who can answer specific questions about your businesses and applications,” says Pizza Pilgrim co-founder Thom Elliot.

The event will begin with 15 minute presentations from each restaurant brand that will cover why they did it, what was easy and what was challenging.

This will be followed by a lunch that is covered in the price of the ticket and then break out sessions with B Corp assessors, an update from B Corp on their intentions with B Corp and hospitality and finally a second round of break out sessions.

Tickets can be booked here.

Other companies in the hospitality space to have achieved B Corp status include Grind and Fallow.
