Italian street food concept Dez Amore has opened its first permanent restaurant on Fulham Road in London’s Chelsea.

The 1,178sq ft site, which is part of the Sloane Stanley Estate, will pay homage to founders Leonardo Masi and Simone Parentini’s Italian roots and serve a menu of ‘traditional dishes’ such as pasta, pizza and antipasti presented with ‘a unique and contemporary twist’.

A range of gourmet burgers is also available.

The opening, first announced last year, follows Dez Amore’s success across several market-led sites in the capital including Camden, Mercato Mayfair, and Boxpark.

“We are very proud because this restaurant represents our first space outside of a food hall,” says Masi.

“This is our flagship store, the first of a long series, and a space where you can really immerse yourself in our reality: living a true Italian experience signed Dez Amore.

“In the colours, in the flavours, in the fragrances. I have dedicated my life to cooking, my true passion between pasta, bread and pizza.

“This store represents an achievement and an important milestone on a personal level as well.”

Miles Commercial and Levy Real Estate represented the Sloane Stanley Estate, whilst Chiara Ciroldi acted on behalf of Dez Amore.
