Rapidly expanding Brighton and Hove-centric coffee and restaurant business Wolfox has brought its FUMI Asian Dining brand to London with a launch within its existing Wolfox Savoy on the corner of The Strand and Savoy Court.

The London iteration of FUMI - which will be open from lunchtime through to 10pm in a separate space to Wolfox Savoy’s Grand Café - follows the success of the inaugural FUMI, which launched in Brighton’s Circus Street last year.

Like its older sibling, the new FUMI will offer a mix of familiar Asia-inspired dishes with the menu including tempura, bao buns and sushi.

Other dishes include lamb yakiniku; a plant-based green curry; and wagyu ribeye. An ‘omakase’ option is also available.

“Our menus are designed to bring people together creating a sense of community and conviviality, alongside stunning signature cocktails – perfect for getting you in the theatre mood,’ says Wolfox founder Fabio Lauro.

“With a focus on impeccable service and a commitment to excellence, we promise to deliver a culinary adventure that will leave a lasting impression, for lunch or evening dining, or just to enjoy a snack and drinks.”

Opened last year, Wolfox Savoy is located in 2 Savoy Court, which is Grade II-listed was originally built to be part of The Savoy.

Founded in 2017, Wolfox operates over 30 venues in the UK plus an additional site in Madrid.
