Called Lolo, in reference to the Spanish chef's middle name Manuel, the restaurant will open close to Pizarro's debut London tapas bar José on Bermondsey Street.
Details of the restaurant are yet to be released but it will be an all-day dining spot that will see Pizarro serve breakfast for the first time.
Lolo will be the chef's third restaurant on Bermondsey street, joining Jose, which opened in May 2011, and his larger restaurant Pizarro, which opened later the same year.
The chef also operates restaurants in Broadgate Circle and at the Royal Academy of Arts as well as a pub in Esher and also had a restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Earlier this year Pizarro was awarded the Cross of the order of Isabella the Catholic - the Spanish equivalent of a Knighthood - becoming the first Spanish chef to have received the award.
