US pizza brand Little Caesars has opened its first London outpost in Greenford.

Operated by franchisee Rajan Sandhu, the London launch follows the recent opening of Little Caesars in Top Valley, Nottingham, and brings the group’s UK estate to three sites.

“We are delighted to be working with Little Caesars to open their first site in London and the south of the UK,” says Sandhu.

“There is an ongoing demand from locals for quality pizza, delivered at great value prices so we are excited to bring this to the streets of Greenford.”

Back in January, Little Caesars revealed it had plans for multiple new openings in the UK this year. They include a second London site and one in Liverpool.

Little Caesars, which is based in Detroit and originally launched in 1959 as a single, family-owned restaurant, opened its first UK site in Chellaston, Derby, in late 2022.

The group previously made a play for the UK market in the mid-1980s and at its peak had about 18 sites across the country. However, the business eventually wound down its UK operation in the year 2000 having failed to gain a substantial foothold in the territory.

“Little Caesars is synonymous with quality, convenience, and affordability, which we think British consumers will appreciate,” says Paula Vissing, president of global retail for Little Caesars, discussing the new London opening.

Little Caesars UK menu includes a range of large 12-inch pizzas with toppings including 'mushroom deluxe'; Italian sausage and bacon; pepperoni; and margherita.

It also features Little Caesars' 'signature' Crazy Bread - pizza dough straws coated with garlic salt, butter, and Parmesan cheese.
