HOP Vietnamese Street Eats to double up in Manchester
The fast casual brand has acquired a 3,777 sq ft former Samsung unit on Market Street and expects to launch in May.
Founded in 2015 by Paul Hopper, HOP Vietnamese Street Eats currently operates three sites with seating in London and a kiosk in The Orient food court at Manchester’s The Trafford Centre that launched last year.
HOP Vietnamese Street Eats food is inspired by the street food vendors of Vietnam offering a customisable menu including pho noodle soup, banh mi baguettes, noodle salads and curries.
The menu also includes bubble tea, fresh lemonades, soft serve ice cream, Viet rocket fuel coffee, Viet fried chicken and dumplings.
“We’ve been blown away by the welcome we’ve received at our first Manchester based location at The Trafford Centre, so when this incredible opportunity arose at Manchester Arndale it just felt right for a second opening,” Hopper say.
