Billed as a ‘new all-day dining concept’, Thirty7 will open on Bedford Street close to the pair’s Bedford Street Wines bar and bottle shop.
Holding 45 diners across a 1,544sq ft space, Thirty7 will feature a chic fitout designed by Peagreen Studio that’s inspired by downtown Manhattan’s cosmopolitan restaurant scene.
Led by head chef Grant Clark, the restaurant’s brasserie-style menu will take culinary influences from New York and Paris and feature dishes including Brixham hake with chorizo fregula; vadouvan spiced roast Cornish Cull Yaw; and mutton with charred aubergine, yoghurt and mint.
“We are hugely excited to be opening thirty7 later this month, introducing our innovative new concept to the destination,” says Hampton and Lovell, who opened The Oystermen on Henrietta Street in 2017.
“Covent Garden has been the ideal location for our other concepts to thrive, offering us the opportunity to share our love for food with a diverse range of visitors who are looking for unique culinary experiences.
“We feel confident thirty7 will be no exception, and that diners will come for the distinct Manhattan-style atmosphere and provenance-focused brasserie-style menu.”
Hampton and Lovell also previously operated a restaurant in West Dulwich called Walter’s, which is understood to have closed early last year.
