The group’s latest outpost will open within the former Debenhams at Birmingham’s Bullring in June.
Toca Social’s concept combines immersive football-based gaming, leveraging proprietary Touch Trainer and AI-enabled computer vision technologies, with a food and drink offering of sharing dishes and cocktails.
The new Birmingham venue will feature 23 interactive football boxes and four bars across two floors, making it one of the city’s largest competitive socialising experiences.
It will be open seven days a week and offer packages for a variety of occasions, including corporate events, special occasions, screening events and festive parties.
“We’re thrilled to finally announce that Toca Social will be officially opening in Birmingham this summer,” says Alex Harman, president at Toca Social.
“Birmingham is not only a fantastic city for football, but is also famed for its culturally rich and diverse hospitality scene, so it felt only right to launch our second site there.”
Toca Social was founded in 2016 by former Fulham and Leeds United midfielder Eddie Lewis and made its UK debut in August 2021 at The O2 in London.
