Azzurri Group digital and technology director Joel Robinson will discuss the digital transformation journey and critical tech infrastructure at the ASK and Zizzi operator and also share innovative ideas to tackle the challenge of managing complex datasets at the Italian casual dining group.
He will be joined by Stonegate Group marketing director James Metcalfe, who will share more about the pub company’s newly launched digital network, MiXR, which connects guests to the entire 850-strong managed estate – while also providing opportunities for brands to tap into some 100 million guest visits each year through digital retail media.
The Ivy Collection chief technology officer Jon Davis, meanwhile, will reveal more about why The Ivy Premier Rewards is ‘more than just an app’, but an invitation to an elevated dining experience through exclusive rewards and seamless reservations.
Taking place at the Ham Yard Hotel on Wednesday 7 February, the all-day conference is a must-attend for operators, suppliers and industry watchers with an interest or specialism in how digital technology can improve businesses.
Other speakers confirmed at the event include Pizza Express digital and loyalty director Arslan Sharif, who will tell the story of the casual dining brand’s multi-million loyalty scheme, and how it drives loyalty across dine-in, delivery and retail channels; and Gail’s Bakery’s head of e-commerce Rosie Hill, who will discuss the way the company bakes and engages with its communities.
The event will also include a number of expert panels, featuring JKS Restaurants on how the group has reimagined its digital guest journey, and Pizza Pilgrims FD Sophie Gilchriest, who will explore how bespoke innovation is driving financial efficiencies and operational insight at the expanding pizza group.
In addition, start-up founder, author and futurist Tom Weaver will address the big questions, such as whether AI should be seen as a friend or foe.
