Brad and Holly Carter will bring Carters to a Birmingham private members club for a four-month pop-up ahead of relaunching their flagship at an as-yet undisclosed location in the city this summer.

Carters will operate at Eighteen at 103 Colmore Row from 2 February to 31 May 2024 offering a chef’s table experience in the venue’s 18th-floor boardroom.

Guests can expect ‘the UK’s highest-quality produce’ in a multi-course format with ‘expertly paired drinks’, complemented by ‘breath-taking views’.

Carters at Eighteen will be open for Friday dinner service, Saturday lunch and dinner service, Sunday dinner service, and Monday dinner service, with the possibility of reserving the space for private hire on request. Reservations for February are now live.

Launched last year, Eighteen has been built by sustainable designers, x-why. It features a luxurious bar with an outdoor terrace.

Carters - which holds a Michelin and is a regular on Restaurant's list of the top 100 restaurants in the UK - moved to Westlands UK in Evesham this summer from their Moseley location of 13 years. The residency there will end later this month.

“We’re really looking forward to our debut in the city centre. To serve our food against breath-taking views of the city and to partner with Eighteen by x and why whose sustainability practises mirror our own is a real buzz,” the pair say. “We’re also keen to build our presence in the city centre ahead of our restaurant opening in the summer of 2024; super exciting times ahead!”
