The 5,000sq ft site has space for more than 160 covers and will be located on the first floor opposite the World Food Court.
Wingstop UK operates a number of sites in the capital, based in Kensington, Islington, Cambridge Circus, and Dalston, among its 39 venues across the country. It is operated by master franchisee Lemon Pepper Holdings, which recently celebrated its five-year anniversary.
“It has been great to work with the team at Westfield Stratford City to make this happen," says Tom Grogan, Co-founder of Lemon Pepper Holdings.
"As our largest site to date, we are excited to offer hungry shoppers our delicious Wingstop signature wings and variety of bold flavours and seasonings."
Last month the fried chicken brand announced it would be opening two more restaurants in Scotland by the end of the year to bring its total to three restaurants in the country.
The first has opened in Glasgow with a second site in Edinburgh due to open on 11 December.
