Burger mini chain Boom Bap Burger has opened its third London restaurant, in London's Leadenhall Market.

The new restaurant is part of three new openings at Leadenhall Market, taking the total number of new retail and food and beverage openings this year to eight.

Boom Bap Burger was founded in 2015 and operates restaurants in the capital in Paradise Row and Tooting Market.

Burger options on the menu include The Notorious P.I.G, a beef patty topped with slow-cooked pulled pork, streaky bacon, double cheese and house sauce; and a ‘better than a Big Mac’ veggie burger with portobello mushroom, sun dried tomato, grilled halloumi, fresh tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles and house sauce.

In keeping with the brand’s 'Flippin’ Meats, Droppin’ Beats' tagline, the restaurant will also feature a playlist that mixes hip hop, soul and funk.

Joining it at the market is new bar The Golden Goose, which draws inspiration from Leadenhall Market's heritage and late Victorian architecture, as well as tipping a hat to the neighbouring Lloyds building.

Since the summer, Leadenhall Market has welcomed South American meat specialist Argentinian Grill, Taiwanese bubble tea expert Yi Fang, Lebanese favourites Baba Ganoush, Danish coffee project Hagen, and Japanese soul food restaurant Rainbo.
