The three-strong bagel bakery brand B Bagel has revealed plans to expand to eight sites within the next 12 months.

The group will open its fourth site on Camden High Street on 23 November, joining its existing shops at Tottenham Court Road, Soho and Fulham Road.

The 1,750sq ft site will have 26 covers and serve a range of bagels priced from £3.50. Options will include classic fillings such as smoked salmon and cream cheese; hot salt beef; and cheddar tomato, plus B Bagel fillings including Sabich filled with houmous, boiled egg and grilled aubergine; and chicken schnitzel with lettuce, tomato, mayo and sliced pickle.

Sweet bagels, salads, smoothies and fresh juices will also be available, alongside iced coffee, hot drinks and an assortment of breads and pastries.

It will be open from 7am until to 9pm.

The company says it plans to open a further four sites in the capital within next six months.

“Bagels are experiencing a resurgence, particularly in the capital, so this is a great time for us to be ramping up our expansion plans,” says co-founder Yoav Baumgarten.

“We’re incredibly excited to opening in Camden and have a strong pipeline of sites across the capital to help us achieve our ambition of growing to eight sites over the next 12 months.”
