Brasseria Brompton will open on the former La Brasserie site on Brompton Road, which is spread across two floors and covers an 8,000sq ft space.
It will operate alongside the group’s La Brasseria Milanese in Marylebone and Brasseria Notting Hill restaurants, which launched in 2018 and 2021 respectively.
The new opening will be led by executive chef Giulio Rossi and general manager Gianluca Camilletti.
They will joined by Jason Tesoriere, who previously spent 15 years working for Corbin and King [now The Wolseley Hospitality Group], most recently as general manager of Colbert in Sloane Square; and Ian White, former senior Maitre D' at Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group in New York.
The menu will feature several signature Brasseria Family dishes including the cotoletta alla Milanese; hand-made fettuccine della casa with porcini mushrooms and truffle cream; and Dover sole alla mugnaia that’s plated and deboned tableside.
There will also be a steak tartare inspired by the one served by La Brasserie; and desserts such as tiramisu.
The Brasseria Family group is led by brothers Andrea and Alberto Fraquelli, who are the sons of Metropolitan restaurant group founder Stefano Fraquelli and grandsons of Spaghetti House co-founder Lorenzo Fraquelli.
