Malkov will step down from his role as director and CEO with immediate effect, but remain available to the Various Eateries team over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.
Andy Bassadone will continue to lead the group in his role as executive chairman, with a strong focus on the growing neighbourhood pasta restaurant brand Noci, which recently launched its second London site within the newly-restored Battersea Power Station.
Rebecca Tooth will continue as managing director of Coppa Club.

Back in February, Various Eateries reported 'positive trading performance against a challenging backdrop' as it grew revenues by 82% to £40.7m in 2022, up from £22.3m in 2021.
The Hugh Osmond-founded group, which also owns Tavolino Bar & Kitchen by London Bridge, posted adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) growth of 193% to £3.5m (2021: £1.2m).
In total, it made a loss before tax of £7.2m (2021: loss of £3.7m).
