Restaurant is seeking the answers to these questions and more from up-and-coming hospitality businesses to get a snapshot of the challenges they are facing as well as gauge levels of optimism in the sector in the coming 12 months.
We want to hear from businesses with one to five sites - including street food traders, restaurants, pubs, bars or other hospitality ventures - on how they are trading and the biggest challenges they are facing, whether that be continued food price inflation, sky high energy prices, staff shortages or something else.
