Inception Group heads to Borough
London-based bar operator Inception Group has taken a site in Borough’s Stoney Street for an as-yet unnamed concept.
Part of the Borough Yards development which is home to restaurants including Barrafina, Butchies and Vinoteca, the site will be Inception Group’s 15th location.
“We are so excited to have signed the lease to this amazing, characterful site situated within an old railway arch,” says co-founder Charlie Gilkes (pictured left).
“It’s located at the heart of Borough Market and we have exciting plans for a very original bar concept in this world famous destination.”
Brands in the Inception Group portfolio include Mr Fogg’s, Bunga Bunga, Cahoots and Control Room B at London’s Battersea Power Station.
Fresh pasta specialist Bancone is also heading to Borough Yards, with its ‘biggest opening’ yet set to launch at the development next month.
