Arcade will launch its second London food hall next month with a total of 13 cuisines on its menu, three restaurant and two bars.

Announced last year, Arcade Battersea follows the launch of Arcade Centre Point on Tottenham Court Road last year and will have some of the same menu concepts, including Indian fast food brand Hero; Nepali street food brand Tipan Tapan; shawarma-focused Middle Eastern brand Shatta & Toum; and Sushi Kamon.

New brands will include Luke Farrell’s Isan-inspired Phed Power; roast meat-focused Cantonese comfort food brand Siu Siu; and Leccami Gelato.

The three standalone restaurants at Arcade Battersea are US-style smash burger and fried chicken joint Manna; a new grilled chicken and steak brand from TĀ TĀ Eatery’s Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng; and a restaurant from Taiwanese brand BAO.

Located within Battersea Power station, the food hall will have two bars; Tap Room and ABC Bar. Tap Room will showcase a wall of 32 taps, serving cocktails using locally sourced ingredients and a host of beers from international and South London breweries. ABC Bar, inspired by classic cocktail culture, will offer a concise menu of the ‘world’s most famous cocktails’.

“I’m thrilled to be leading the teams at Arcade Centre Point and Arcade Battersea,” says Arcade COO Cokey Sulkin. “We aim to create a drinking and dining destination to attract Londoners and international guests alike via global cuisines and seamless technology in the historic Power Station”.

Highly-regarded London restaurant group JKS Restaurants oversaw the food and operations at Arcade Centre Point when it launched last April but its relationship with Arcade appears to have changed significantly.

JKS Restaurants is now credited only with working in partnership with Arcade on Arcade Create, which 'helps chefs and creators with great food ideas’. Brands that have been developed by Arcade Create include Shatta & Toum and Manna.

Both BAO and Luke Farrell’s restaurants - which include Speedboat Bar and the Arcade Centre Point-based Plaza Khao Gaeng - are part of the JKS Restaurants stable.

Arcade Centre Point launched on the former site of Arcade Food Hall, which launched in July 2019 but never reopened following lockdown.
