Vietnamese street food restaurant HOP Vietnamese will open two new restaurants this summer.

The two-strong group will double its estate with the opening of restaurants on London’s Bond Street in the West One Shopping Centreand at Manchester's Trafford Centre.

The London restaurant will open in July with the Manchester site following in August.

The new openings come as the Vietnamese street food brand reports a period of growth following the pandemic.

“We’re thrilled that we’ll be doubling our number of restaurants in the coming weeks including our very first restaurant outside of London," says Paul Hopper, HOP Vietnamese founder. "We can’t wait to bring our fresh and delicious made to order dishes to folks on the go across London and Manchester."

HOP was among the first QSR concepts to embrace full digitalisation of its business in 2021 with guests able to order via digital kiosks or online via click & collect or by using a delivery aggregator.

"I've believed for some time that HOP's offering is perfectly suited to the needs of busy shoppers looking for a more exciting alternative to the regular fast food offerings you typically find in shopping centre food courts," adds Hopper.

The latest openings will be HOP Vietnamese's third London launch, following on from its sites in Moorgate and St Pauls, as well as its first outside of the capital.
