Called Bossa, the restaurant will offer a ‘vivid and contemporary’ exploration of Brazilian cuisine with dishes including skewered duck hearts with farofa; and roasted scallops with leeks, toasted buckwheat and tucupi sauce.
There will also be desserts such as tonka panna cotta with cupuaçu jam and cacao nibs; and acai sorbet with sugar cane bran and spaced chocolate.
Landgraf cut his teeth in London working for the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Tom Aikens, and Bossa is billed as a ‘culmination’ of the chef’s 20+ years of experience in restaurants.
The 60-cover dining room will feature an open-plan kitchen with dining counter alongside both banquette and bar seating, ‘atmospheric’ lighting, a bar woodwork and large windows for natural light.
There will also be a 10-cover private dining room.
Laís Aoki, who was recently named Brazil’s Best Sommelier by Prazeres da Mesa Magazine, will oversee the restaurant’s wine selection.
Landgraf launched Oteque back in 2018. As well as holding two Michelin stars, the restaurant is currently ranked at number 47 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Bossa will open to the public on 24 May.
