The group, which serves healthy salads and hot dishes, will open at London’s Borough Yards on 15 May.
Menu items will include Green Goddess, made with baby spinach, romaine, chopped broccoli, and pickled fennel; preserved lemon and olive chicken; rooted spices shichimi togarashi salmon; and The Spicy Raw Thai, made with baby spinach, shredded kale and cabbage, edamame and pea medley, shredded carrot, cucumber, spring onion, coriander, crispy shallots and cashew satay dressing.
“We are really proud to be opening our fifth site in London Bridge: Borough Yards is a very exciting development and we’re looking forward to being part of the community there,” says co-founder Eleanor Warder.
“The market has of course long been a cultural destination of London’s South, with many top-quality restaurant and retail outlets so we feel very honoured to be sitting alongside these names.
It will be our first site South of the river, so we are very pleased to be bringing our atis bowls and experience to the London Bridge area and beyond! It is looking like an exciting year for us, with another opening planned for later in 2023.”
Atis launched in Shoreditch in 2019 now operates sites within Canada Place Mall in Canary Wharf as well as in Notting Hill, and Ecclestone Yards in Belgravia.
The company says the location for sixth opening will be announced soon.
