STK launches third London steakhouse
Located on the 18th floor of The Gantry, it will mark STK's second London opening in partnership with Hilton's Curio Collection in as many years, the group having launched STK Westminster within The Westminster London hotel in the summer of 2021.

STK, which operates a portfolio of 25 restaurants across North America, Europe and the Middle East, made its debut in the capital within ME London on the Strand back in 2012.
The menu features a range of premium dry-aged steaks including Japanese wagyu; New York strip; and black angus tomahawk. It also serves an extensive range of seafood and shellfish, alongside 'signature' cocktails including the STK Martini.
