Chef Luke Findlay’s cult supper club concept Supa Ya Ramen will open its second permanent restaurant in the capital later this month on Rye Lane in Peckham.

Taking on the former Taco Queen site, Supa Ya Ramen Peckham sees the brand head south of the river for the first time and will operate alongside the group's original Dalston restaurant, which launched last year.

Supa Ya Ramen started out life back in 2019 as a weekly ramen supper club hosted in Findlay’s own kitchen back and serves 'traditionally inauthentic' ramen’ that combines bold flavours combinations that often denote British influences.

Signature dishes from the Dalston site that will also appear at the Peckham restaurant include the roast chicken and corn ramen; and a fried cabbage and cheese bowl topped with parmesan.

New ramen options set to feature include a cheese burger mazesoba with smashed burger patty, bread and butter pickles, American cheese and burger sauce; and an autumnal maple-glazed pumpkin bowl with sesame miso, green onions and Supa Ya Chilli Crunch.

Additionally, the short menu will feature several small plates including fried chicken with apricot and pickled chillies; and a dessert of noodle ice cream with miso caramel.

There will also be a new cocktail menu to feature exclusively at the Peckham restaurant with drinks such as a nori old fashioned; and a pickled fennel martini.
