Pied à Terre executive chef Asimakis Chaniotis is to oversee the menu at a new restaurant, cocktail bar and art space that's set to launch in London's Soho next month.

Located on Great Windmill Street, Bantof is described as providing 'an inclusive environment to anyone who likes to experiment with cocktails, share plates and view art'.

Chaniotis, who will consult on the menu for Bantof alongside his role at Pied à Terre, has created a series of signature dishes with a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The food menu is designed to be paired with both the cocktail list and art on display.

Bantof's cocktail list has been developed by Jack Sotti's SuperNacular drinks company. It will include a series of cocktails titled Soho Stories with each cocktail named after a different Soho landmark or personality.

Guests can also expect an ever-changing rotation of art exhibitions curated by the restaurant team that will champion both upcoming talent and more established names from within the creative scene.

Bantof opens to the public on Wednesday 7 September 2022, with preview and special events occurring during August and September.

Pied à Terre is London's longest standing Michelin Star restaurant and is located on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia.
