Camden’s Buck Street Market has signed six new global culinary operators that it says each bring something different to the sustainability-focused London destination.

Owner LabTech has selected four operators majoring in savoury options and two dessert specialists.

In the first camp are Himalayan Dumpling; Middle Eastern fusion street-food trader Sameat; plant-based street food operator Antojitos; and Japanese curry specialist Hiden Curry Lab.

Alongside these are frozen dessert specialists Nyce and Pho Kae Bakery, which offers a range of sweet treats including  crepes and bubble waffles, thick shakes and fruit smoothies.

“Buck Street Market is very much at the forefront of environmental progression in the UK, both in dining and retail,” says LabTech commercial director Maggie Milosavljevic.

“Each of these recently launched concepts bring something truly unique to the destination, whether that be international cuisine or sustainability-focused retail products, and have already been proving popular with our visitors.”

The announcement follows the wider news that family entertainment leisure concept, Babylon Park, has launched its debut UK site at Camden Market Hawley Wharf.
